Shipping policy

We make shipments of our items internationally. The shipment shall be made 1-3 working days once the order is placed. A shipment tracking will be provided via email once the parcel is dispatched.
- Please be aware that we are not responsible for any custom fees, duties, taxes that may be incurred during international shipments. Customers are responsible for estimating and paying for such fees.
- We cannot guarantee the condition of the packaging box on arrival. If there is any damage to the product as a result of poor packaging, we will take responsibility for it.
- We use HK Post or SF Express for local delivery, and HK Post or UPS or Fedex for international delivery. The decision on picking the service provider is solely on Anicorn’s discretion.
