Refund policy
- If you need to cancel the order before it has shipped, please contact us at info@ttt-watches.com and indicate your order number. We will try our best to fulfill your request, however, we cannot guarantee that the request can be fulfilled timely due to real time orders processing.
- To make a return, please inform us by sending an email to info@ttt-watches.com together with your order number.
- Packed the item with the original packaging, return to us within 7 days from the date the shipment was delivered (remember to obtain tracking), at the below address. Kind reminder that the return shipment cost will be borne by you.

- Once received the return and confirmed there is no damage/unworn, refund will be made to your original payment approach (Credit card). There will be a handling and processing charge of US$7.99 and original shipping charge of US$19.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- The refund processing time will be 7-14 working days after the receipt of the return.
